Take this moment…
To ask yourself some hard questions. How often do we examine our own motives and conduct? Do we magnify others’ faults while excusing our own? Do we tear others down in order to build ourselves up? A critical temper makes you hard, vindictive and cruel and leaves you with the flattering unction that you are a superior person. The Holy Ghost is the only One in the true position to criticize. He alone is able to show us what is wrong without hurting and wounding.
From this day forward…
Break the pattern! People tend to treat us as we treat them. If we are judgmental, they will treat us the same way. Only God knows a person’s heart and He is the only one with the right judge. Let us spend our time loving instead of criticizing.
