CHRISTIAN EXCELLENCE

We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace University will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more. Here at First Baptist we use Financial Peace University as a guide for God’s ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblically based practical steps to get from where you are to where you’ve dreamed you could be.

It is the mission of EMERGE to impact the home, community, and the world by providing members of the church and community a chance to delve deeper into the Word of God through small groups that meet throughout the week and on Sunday. Our small groups are designed to ensure that participants have an intimate space where they can be challenged to go to the next level in their personal relationship with God.

Making Jesus relevant for everyone is our goal each year as we bring a theme based week long discovery of scripture in a fun and nurturing environment. Young and old alike from First Baptist and the Murfreesboro community attend sessions filled with Bible stories, music, crafts, recreation, and assemblies. We teach what God's love in action looks like through an incredible week of learning and growing. We look forward to seeing you next year!
